the location is excellent, close to both the bus and railway stations. the staff was friendly and very helpful . i needed a specific room arrangement, and they accommodated my request perfectly (i really appreciated that).

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the staff were friendly. i found the location excellent for walking around the central area. many shops and restaurants are very accessible. i would definitely stay there again.

i found the room layout complicated. it was hard to enter the bathtub because the toilet was right in front. the entrance to the room was quite narrow.

The staff IS very nice and helpful. they always had smiles on their faces. the young lady at reception was especially friendly. She. she needed a mobility scooter to get around.

my toilet made very loud swirling noises all night long. it was hard to sleep because of the noise. i THINK more tea and coffee in the room would have been a nice touch.

The check-in process was fast. The air conditioning in the room worked amazingly (i greatly appreciated that). There was ample space in the room, very helpful.

The service at the front desk lacked a friendly attitude. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. My room seemed like it needed redecoration.
